We stand behind the quality of our products. If there's an issue with your order, we offer full refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for Full Refund:

- Incorrect items shipped
- Products that don't match the description
- Items lost or damaged during shipping
Refund Process:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@itswhatevershop.com
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos showing the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item)
- Once we review and approve your request, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You do not need to return the item
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size or color selected by customer (please review your order carefully before purchasing)
- Normal wear and tear
- Claims without photo evidence
Since our products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns. However, if there's a quality issue or error on our part and you provide photo proof, we'll make it right with a full refund.
