We stand behind the quality of our products. If there's an issue with your order, we offer full refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Products that don't match the description
  • Items lost or damaged during shipping

Refund Process:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@itswhatevershop.com
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos showing the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item)
  • Once we review and approve your request, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You do not need to return the item

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size or color selected by customer (please review your order carefully before purchasing)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Claims without photo evidence

Since our products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns. However, if there's a quality issue or error on our part and you provide photo proof, we'll make it right with a full refund.
